Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using Bright Minds Photography services, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

• All orders (prints and digital downloads) are final once processed.

• Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be refunded once downloaded.

• Print orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, though delays may occur during peak seasons.

Payment

• Payments can be made online via our secure ordering system.

• Some schools and preschools may allow cash or check pre-orders using paper forms.

Refunds & Reshoots

• Refunds are only available in the case of technical issues (e.g., blurred image, printing error).

• Reshoots may be scheduled if a student was absent or if there was a technical issue on photo day.

School & Preschool Agreements

• Staff portraits, ID cards, and class composites are provided at no additional cost to the school or preschool.

• Schools receive yearbook-ready images and administrative files as part of the service.

Liability

• Bright Minds Photography is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed orders due to shipping carriers.

• While we make every effort to deliver the highest quality, final image selections and poses are subject to availability from photo day.
